If not, you will not be able to participate and your course registration fee will be refunded according to ASRA policy which states: “Registration fees are refundable, minus a $100 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event commencement. After this date, under no circumstances will refunds or credits be granted.”
