Welcome to the Basic Perioperative, ICU and Emergency TEE course
This is a multimodal course organized by Aalborg University Hospital in collaboration with NordSim and Usabcd. The course is primarily aimed at doctors employed at Aalborg University Hospital, but both national and international participants are welcome to participate.
Target Group
Physicians and specialists in anesthesiology, cardiology, thorax surgery, intensive care, emergency medicine. The course can also be relevant for nurses, echocardiography technicians, as well as researchers with an interest in TEE.
Content
Interactive e-learning (approximately 450 pages). One-day workshop including digital simulation, discussions and multible-choice questions.
Preparation
The theoretical part of the course is based on an interactive e-learning programme. The programme must be completed before attending the course.
The e-learning programme is comprehensive and it is recommended to begin preparation one month prior to the course. Also, you’re advised to revise the day before the course.
Access to the e-learning materials will be provided after registration, atn latest one month before the course.

The course costs DKK 3.850 exclusive VAT (the price inkludes e-learning and full catering)

Evaluation
Help us evaluate our courses. In the end of the day, participants will evaluate in plenum, and by survey (online).
Certificate of Completion
