CASE Description:Ms. Smith had been admitted for an elective cholecystectomy due to chronic cholecystitis. The surgery was uneventful, and she was transferred to the surgical ward postoperatively. While ambulating to the restroom, Ms. Smith suddenly collapsed. Nursing staff found her unresponsive. After approximately 30 seconds, she regained consciousness but appeared pale, sweaty, and disoriented. You are called for assessment
Her vital signs were: BP 80/50 mmHg, pulse 110 bpm (weak and thready), respiratory rate 24 breaths/min, and oxygen saturation 95% on room air.

Lung: Normal findings Heart: Small pericardiel effusion in SC-view. Severe reduced left ventricular funtion due to myocardial infarction. Hypo-/akinesia in apical muscle and free wall, compatible with trombosis in Left circumflex artery (LCx) and Posterior descending artery of RCA and LCx.
