How do I find and download my course certificate?

If you have completed a course, you can download your certificate directly from the e-learning platform.

📍 Step-by-step guide

1. Log in to your account on the e-learning site
2. Go to the top menu and click “My e-learning”
3. You will see a list of your enrolled courses
4. Find the course you have completed
5. Click the small arrow (▼) to the left of the course title
6. Scroll down to the section “Quizzes”
7. Click the arrow (▼) next to quizzes
8. Click the “Certificate” button to download your certificate

⚠️ If you cannot find your certificate

There may be a few reasons why the certificate is not visible:

• The course has not been fully completed
• A required quiz has not been passed
• There may be a technical issue
