Basic Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia - Copenhagen, Nov. 3, 2017
The Basic Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia course is a 1-day 100% focused hands-on workshop with the theory provided as interactive online e-learning prior to the workshop.
The basic level focus is exclusively on in-plane needle guidance and single shot nerve blocks for perioperative analgesia. The blocks comprise a selection of easily learned and safe nerve blocks permitting effective perioperative analgesia of the upper limb, the lower limb, and the abdominal wall.
The objective is to provide the course participant with basic skills for anesthesiologists in order to alleviate perioperative pain related primarily to orthopedic surgery.
